Student Life & Environment

Student experience varies by campus, but Teikyo provides organized cultural and athletic clubs, university festivals, student consultation, health support, learning assistance, and career services. Club-support measures include leadership and safety seminars for representatives, while designated competitive clubs receive academic, medical, rehabilitation, training, and nutritional support. Students should consult the campus-specific club listings because an activity or facility offered at one location may not be available at another. Location & Surroundings

Teikyo is headquartered at the Itabashi Campus in Kaga, Itabashi ward, Tokyo. That campus is about a 12-minute walk from JR Jujo Station and is also served by buses from Oji Station. It is the main setting for medicine, pharmacy, and several health-technology fields, so students in those areas can expect an urban Tokyo environment connected to the university’s medical facilities. Hachioji Campus is in Otsuka, western Tokyo, rather than the city center. It accommodates a broad concentration of humanities, social-science, language, education, and related programs. The university’s Hachioji international residence is within walking distance, including access from Otsuka-Teikyo-Daigaku Station on the Tama Monorail. Utsunomiya Campus is in Tochigi Prefecture, north of Tokyo, while Fukuoka Campus is in Omuta, Fukuoka Prefecture, on Kyushu. Kasumigaseki Campus occupies space in Hirakawacho Mori Tower in Chiyoda, central Tokyo. These locations differ substantially in housing markets, travel patterns, and access to central Tokyo. The university’s official fee page states that its tables show amounts payable by continuing students in academic year 2026 and directs 2027 applicants to the relevant entrance-examination guideline. As examples of that variation, the listed 2026 first-year total is JPY 9,362,000 for Medicine, JPY 2,503,000 for Pharmaceutical Sciences, and JPY 1,552,000 for Fukuoka Medical Technology.
