• AI-generated essays are not your original work. Submitting AI-generated content as your own original work to universities, scholarship programs, or other institutions may violate their academic integrity policies and could result in serious consequences including rejection of your application, revocation of admission, or disciplinary action.
• Many universities prohibit or restrict AI-generated content in application essays. It is your sole responsibility to understand and comply with the policies of each institution to which you apply.
• AI detection tools exist and are increasingly used by admissions offices to identify machine-generated content.

6.3 Recommended Use of AI Features

• Reviewing and substantially revising any AI-generated content before use
• Any consequences that may arise from how you use AI-generated content

6.5 Limitations of AI

You acknowledge that AI-generated content:

• May contain factual errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations
• Cannot capture your unique personal experiences and voice
• May produce generic or formulaic content
• Should always be verified and personalized before any use
• Is not a substitute for professional admissions counseling

6.6 No Guarantees

Admission AI makes no guarantees about admission outcomes. Using our AI tools does not guarantee acceptance to any university or program. Admissions decisions are made solely by the institutions to which you apply based on their own criteria and processes.

Best Effort Basis: Admission AI provides all information, data, and recommendations on a "best effort" basis. • The accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any information, data, statistics, or recommendations
• That university information (deadlines, requirements, costs, acceptance rates, etc.) is current or correct
• Uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Service

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADMISSION AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
