However, travel times and living costs can vary substantially by neighbourhood, so students should assess housing and transport together rather than choosing accommodation solely by advertised rent. Curtin Dubai refers students to several external purpose-built housing options, including residences within or serving Academic City. Students planning to live elsewhere in Dubai should consider commuting distance, peak-hour traffic and access to public or private transport. As accessed in August 2026, listed totals include AED 182,700 for several three-year bachelor’s programs, AED 195,300 for Architectural Science and AED 260,400 for the four-year Mechanical Engineering degree. Listed postgraduate totals range from AED 84,000 for the one-year artificial intelligence and cyber security master’s programs to AED 115,500 for the MBA in International Business.
