For that year, every enrolled U.S. citizen and permanent resident received a full-tuition scholarship, reducing listed tuition to zero for those students. Their published cost of attendance was $26,265, comprising living expenses, fees, books and supplies, estimated travel and a first-year laptop charge. A separate student health-insurance charge of $2,611 applied when a student lacked qualifying coverage. Webb also notes a $1,500 certification cost during the second year.
