Shihu is the main campus and sits near Shihu Lake and Shangfang Mountain, giving it a different setting from Suzhou’s dense historic core and industrial-park districts. The university’s 2025 international arrival guide described frequent high-speed trains from Shanghai Hongqiao to Suzhou taking approximately 25 to 35 minutes. From Suzhou Railway Station, its suggested route to Shihu involved metro travel followed by a taxi or local bus. For 2026 domestic undergraduates, annual tuition is CNY 5,200 for humanities programs, CNY 5,500 for science, CNY 5,800 for engineering and CNY 6,800 for art.
