Costs & Career Outcomes

For bachelor’s and master’s degree programmes in 2026/2027, Iuav states a maximum university contribution of €2,806.18, plus a €192 regional tax and €16 stamp duty. The resulting maximum total is €3,014.18, normally divided into three instalments. The first is €890; the later maximum instalments are €1,062.09 each, due on 31 January and 5 May 2027. First-year students must instead follow the first-payment deadline in their admission call. Actual tuition can be lower according to the Italian ISEE financial indicator. For 2026/2027, an ISEE up to €26,000 produces full exemption from the university tuition contribution, although other charges may remain. Partial reductions apply above that threshold, and continuing students must also meet specified credit requirements. Students with income or assets abroad should review the equivalent ISEE procedure. Regional scholarships are competitively allocated under a separate 2026/2027 call, so eligibility does not guarantee funding until rankings and available resources are considered. Accommodation, transport and course materials are additional costs and no universal room-and-board figure is published. Project studios, public exhibitions and graduation presentations can also help students assemble evidence of their work, but the university does not promise a particular employer, salary or placement outcome.
