The institutional seat and dual-bachelor campus are in Elmshorn, a town in Schleswig-Holstein northwest of Hamburg. The campus occupies a green site of almost 18,000 square metres and is approximately a ten-minute walk from Elmshorn railway station. For dual bachelor’s students, the partner company pays NORDAKADEMIE’s tuition during the standard seven-semester study period. Students also receive monthly training remuneration from the company throughout the program, although the amount depends on the employer. Students remain responsible for living expenses, travel between university and workplace, learning materials where applicable, and housing. This financial model is valuable, but it also means that access to the degree depends on winning and maintaining an employer-sponsored position. For university-managed Elmshorn housing, the official 2026/2027 page lists theory-period charges of €915, €975, or €1,035 depending on room size, payable in three installments. A deposit equal to one installment and a €100 final-cleaning charge apply. The externally operated on-campus residence lists €750 per semester or €250 per month for a year-long rental, with a €275 deposit.
