Khazar University is located in Baku, Azerbaijan’s capital and largest urban center. Its principal Neftchilar facilities are at 41 Mahsati Street. For 2026–27 international applicants, Khazar’s current fees page lists annual tuition of USD 5,000 for most programs and USD 6,000 for the BS in Veterinary Medicine. It lists an early-cycle rate of USD 4,500 for most programs and USD 5,400 for Veterinary Medicine for applications submitted by June 1, 2026. Tuition excludes accommodation and living expenses, and the university reserves the right to change fees annually. International students must pay the application fee and at least one year’s tuition, after any scholarship, before starting study.
