How Admissions Work
Admission depends on the program and the applicant’s prior education. For first-year engineering entry in 2026, applicants with a French general baccalauréat or an eligible European or Franco-German qualification applied through Parcoursup from 19 January to 12 March 2026. Applicants with a foreign secondary qualification used the INSA Group process from 19 January to 19 March 2026. Selection was based on the academic file and could include an interview. Those dates apply to 2026 entry and should not be reused for a later cycle without checking the new official calendar. Engineering entry is also possible at several postsecondary levels, but the required background and available specializations vary.
