For air travel, the relevant gateway is Kolkata’s airport. The institute’s published directions route public-transport users through Dum Dum and onward by suburban train to Kalyani. This can require transfers, so applicants arriving with luggage should compare current rail, road and taxi arrangements rather than relying on a simple airport-to-campus connection. The dispersed transit-campus arrangement affects daily geography. Academic facilities are at Webel IT Park, while the institute’s rented hostels are at several addresses around Kalyani; scheduled transport connects them. The permanent campus is being developed beside the Kalyani Expressway, but a July 2026 document shows that takeover readiness was still being assessed.
