Student Life & Environment

Student life extends across IBA’s Main and City campuses. The Office of Student Affairs coordinates community engagement, leadership development, volunteering, societies, international engagement, accessibility and inclusion, and referrals for academic, career, mental-health, or general counseling. The distance between campuses makes program location an important practical consideration. Timetables, student services, and events may require travel, while hostel residents use accommodation near the Main Campus area. IBA documents university transport services, but routes, charges, schedules, and eligibility should be checked for the applicable semester. Costs & Career Outcomes

IBA charges tuition by credit hour for most taught programs, so the semester total depends on the number of registered credits as well as non-tuition charges. The official 2025–26 program announcement listed Fall 2025 undergraduate tuition at PKR 29,400 per credit hour, a PKR 7,000 student activity charge, and a one-time PKR 115,000 admission charge. It also published different rates for MBA, MS, Executive MBA, transport, and hostel provision. These are historical Fall 2025 figures, not verified 2026–27 prices; applicants should use the live fee page and their admission offer for current charges. Financial support is need-based rather than a routine entrance merit discount. IBA’s financial-assistance FAQ lists tuition-fee installments, externally arranged Qarz-e-Hasna, and need-based scholarships or bridge financing. Eligible full-time morning-program students may apply after securing admission. Awards generally cover tuition only, not hostel fees or other charges, and students must meet the stated eligibility and annual reassessment requirements. Applicants should not assume that admission guarantees funding. Career preparation is supported through the Career Development Center.
