Habib’s published Fall 2026 process was for applicants completing Intermediate, A Levels, a High School Diploma, the International Baccalaureate, or another accepted equivalent qualification by June 2026. Eligibility was differentiated by examination system and intended major. Engineering and computing programs carried relevant mathematics and science subject requirements, while criteria for other majors differed. Applicants should consult the program-specific table rather than assume that one threshold applies across all six degrees. The process involved creating an online application, completing compulsory sections, uploading required documents, paying the application fee, and normally taking the Habib University Entrance Examination. For the Fall 2026 cycle, published international-board rounds extended through a final application deadline of July 17, 2026, with July entrance examinations and interviews beginning July 26. Habib offers six four-year undergraduate majors. The Dhanani School of Science and Engineering houses BS programs in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and Electrical Engineering. The School of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences offers BA Honors programs in Communication and Design and Comparative Humanities, plus a BSc Honors in Social Development and Policy. Integrated Sciences and Mathematics supports the six majors through relevant courses but is not itself a major. Every student’s education includes the Habib Liberal Core. Student life is centered on Habib’s single Karachi campus. For entrants in the Class of 2030, Habib’s official 2026–27 schedule lists tuition of PKR 780,000 per semester. Science and engineering students also pay a PKR 215,000 laboratory fee per semester, while arts, humanities, and social sciences students pay a PKR 160,000 studio and laboratory fee. A PKR 32,000 semester registration fee applies from the second semester. One-time charges include a PKR 7,500 application fee, a refundable PKR 30,000 security deposit, and an enrollment fee of PKR 70,000 for Round 1 or PKR 110,000 for Round 2. Applicable taxes and future fee changes may add to these amounts. Scholarships and need-based grants can reduce billed costs. Published routes include merit awards for applicants from international examination boards and support programs for national-board applicants. Students may also seek paid campus roles from their second semester, subject to academic requirements.
