Fulbright operates its Crescent Campus at 105 Ton Dat Tien in Tan My Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, an address previously described as part of District 7. This places students in Vietnam’s largest metropolitan and commercial center rather than on a secluded residential campus. Classes and central university services are based at Crescent Plaza, while undergraduate housing at Docklands Residence is separate and connected by a university shuttle on weekdays. The split-site arrangement matters for daily planning: residential students should account for shuttle schedules, travel time, and the different services available at the academic and housing locations. Fulbright also identifies a 15-hectare main campus project in the Saigon High-Tech Park area, formerly District 9. Because that site is described as under construction, applicants should base immediate enrollment decisions on the facilities currently operating at Crescent Campus and Docklands rather than anticipated future infrastructure. Living in Ho Chi Minh City offers access to employers, civic organizations, cultural institutions, and internship settings. It also means navigating a large, busy city. Students considering private housing should independently assess commute times, lease conditions, and transport costs.

Costs & Career Outcomes

Fulbright’s official tuition page labels its 2026–2027 undergraduate figures as tentative. It lists annual tuition of VND 467,600,000 for every major and an annual dormitory fee of VND 58,450,000 when applicable. Additional published annual charges are VND 650,000 for health insurance and VND 3,800,000 for healthcare and accident insurance for residential students. The page estimates four-year tuition at VND 1,870,400,000 before scholarships and other costs. Students should obtain a final invoice and budget separately for food, transport, personal expenses, books or equipment, and any fee changes. For Class of 2030 admissions, Fulbright reorganized support into merit-based scholarships and special financial support. Its 2025–2026 catalogue described more than 100 planned merit awards, with Fulbright University Scholarship levels ranging from 20% to 100% of four-year tuition, alongside other named awards. Awards have their own selection and renewal conditions, and published scholarship amounts should not be treated as guaranteed.
