Student experience differs by campus. The main London Campus combines teaching facilities with food outlets, recreation and student-support services, while the downtown location places students near London’s arts, media, hospitality and technology activity. Location & Surroundings

Fanshawe’s principal campus is at 1001 Fanshawe College Boulevard in London, Ontario. The college also teaches at a downtown London campus and at regional locations across Southwestern Ontario. Applicants should treat the program’s listed campus as a material part of their decision because commuting, housing, facilities and nearby employers differ between locations. The main London Campus is outside the downtown core, while London Downtown places students closer to the city’s arts, cultural, culinary, hospitality and digital-creative activity. Fanshawe describes the main campus as approximately 15 minutes from downtown, though actual travel time depends on traffic and transport mode. London offers urban services and employment activity while remaining separate from the Greater Toronto Area, so students should budget for travel if they expect frequent trips to Toronto. Campus information published before 2026 may be outdated for London South. Fanshawe is moving all academic programs from that location to the main London Campus or Simcoe/Norfolk effective September 1, 2026. Costs & Career Outcomes

Fanshawe does not have one institution-wide tuition figure suitable for every applicant. Costs vary by program, credential, study level, delivery, campus and domestic or international status. Students should budget beyond tuition for compulsory ancillary fees, books, equipment, software, transportation and housing.
