The same 2026 notice lists additional charges: an annual UGX 20,000 National Council for Higher Education fee, annual UGX 10,000 Church Mission Fund contribution, annual UGX 20,000 Foundation Fee, and UGX 20,000 COUHELA Research Fee per semester. It required at least 45% of tuition to complete registration by 28 August 2026. That date applies specifically to the 2026 Advent semester and should not be reused for later intakes. Housing, meals, books, transport, equipment, and programme-specific costs require separate confirmation. UCU indicates that several scholarship categories exist, including support associated with academic performance, financial need, theology, and sport, but award values and eligibility should be checked in the current call.
